CDM COMPLIANCE
PROJECT MANGEMENT
Our Projects Department is well-staffed with knowledgeable teams across all disciplines to manage and oversee any project, regardless of size. Our project managers are APM certified and experienced in handling projects up to £20 million pounds.
We take on all CDM duties as principal designer and principal contractor, and work with the client to ensure compliance with legislation.
Our extensive knowledge and experience in constructing cleanrooms, cold rooms, laboratories, and theatres set us apart from other suppliers in the UK. We are among the very few with the capability to construct, commission, and certify to ISO/GMP and HTM03-01 standards.
CAT A/ B FITOUTS
INTERIOR
The standards of a Cat B fit out can vary greatly depending on the negotiation. Our projects typically include a full Cat B, thoughtfully designed with furniture and workplace interactions in mind. However, some “Cat B” spaces provided by landlords may only consist of room partitions, tea points, and carpet.
You have found a new space and it has a CAT A fit out ready for you to adapt to your needs. Our team can work with you to create your perfect environment working with the existing building services.
turnkey solutions
FACILITIES MANGEMENT
Our services extend beyond just one area. We provide full main facilities services and turnkey solutions that encompass heating, air conditioning, ventilation servicing (including duct cleaning, filter changes, and testing if necessary), indoor air quality checks and reporting, plumbing and electrical services, and cleanroom validation and calibration for temperature and humidity.
